2jbit Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and 2jbit ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 2jbit website located at 2jbit.app and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and card games. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the 2jbit platform.
• "Balance" means the PKR funds held in your 2jbit Account at any given time.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sports event, casino game, or other gaming product offered by 2jbit.
• "Platform" means the 2jbit website (2jbit.app), its subpages, services, mobile interface, and all associated features.
• "Promotional Offer" means any bonus, free bet, cashback, or other promotional credit issued by 2jbit to a User.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Bet on the 2jbit Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in full, including any policies incorporated herein by reference (including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy). This Agreement is effective from the date you first access or use the Platform.

2jbit reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the 2jbit Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Are not residents of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory;
• Are not acting on behalf of any other person for the purposes of placing Bets;
• Are not acting in a professional betting capacity that exploits system vulnerabilities.

2jbit reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Access to real-money features may be suspended pending satisfactory verification. Any Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated funds may be forfeited. 2jbit operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. 2jbit makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 2jbit Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify 2jbit immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account. 2jbit will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

2jbit reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason.

5. Deposits & Payments

All Account Balances on the 2jbit Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform currently supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash (minimum Rs 200)
• Easypaisa (minimum Rs 200)
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other major Pakistani banks (minimum Rs 1,000)

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 2jbit reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any deposit. Deposit limits may be subject to change and any applicable limits will be communicated within the Platform cashier interface.

2jbit does not accept deposits from payment methods associated with suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity. Where such activity is identified, 2jbit will suspend the Account and report the matter to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the 2jbit cashier interface. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for deposit. Processing times vary by method and are subject to 2jbit's standard verification procedures. 2jbit reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds documentation before approving any withdrawal.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees will be disclosed in the cashier interface at the time of the withdrawal request. 2jbit is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banking institutions.

Where an Account is suspended, closed, or under investigation, all pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the matter is resolved.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All Bets placed on the 2jbit Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type as published on the Platform at the time of placing the Bet. By placing a Bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

2jbit reserves the right to:

• Void any Bet where an error in odds or game outcome is identified;
• Limit or restrict the Betting activity of any Account at its sole discretion;
• Suspend markets or games pending the resolution of disputes or technical issues;
• Refuse or cancel any Bet placed after an event has concluded or where the outcome is known.

Live betting outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform. Disputes regarding game or event outcomes must be raised with 2jbit support within 14 days of the relevant event.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

Any Promotional Offer issued by 2jbit is subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include, but are not limited to:

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable Balance;
• Bonuses are valid for a specified time period — unused bonus funds will expire at the end of this period;
• Only one Promotional Offer may be active at a time unless otherwise specified;
• 2jbit reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any Promotional Offer at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to abuse Promotional Offers, including the creation of multiple Accounts to claim a promotion more than once, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the 2jbit Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal purpose;
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification;
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN or other circumvention tool;
• Engaging in any conduct that 2jbit reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other Users, or the integrity of the games.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

10. Responsible Gaming

2jbit is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help Users manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly);
• Session time reminders;
• Cooling-off periods;
• Self-exclusion (temporary or permanent account closure).

These tools are accessible via the Account settings page. If you believe you have a problem with gambling, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool and seek assistance from appropriate support services. 11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 2jbit Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, and interface design, is the property of 2jbit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from 2jbit.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2jbit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Platform downtime or technical failures;
• Errors in displayed odds or game outcomes subsequently corrected;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Actions of third-party payment processors.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit 2jbit's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Termination

2jbit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes a breach of this Agreement has occurred or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Upon termination, any remaining withdrawable Balance (subject to verification requirements) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable upon Account closure.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 2jbit support. Self-exclusion requests are processed as Account closures under the Responsible Gaming policy.

14. Amendments

2jbit may amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations as determined by the licensing jurisdiction of the 2jbit Platform. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
